PaddleFlow® & SUP Yoga
All Levels SUP Yoga classes available for beginners to advanced yogis! These classes take your favorite Yoga & Pilates routines on the water. Both yoga & stand up paddle boarding are great for building balance, coordination, endurance & strength.
Learn proper paddling technique, turns, & work up a sweat on your board! We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper paddle positioning, stroke technique, launching, & progressions to getting up.
Indoor SUP Yoga & Fitness
Come build your SUP foundation in a warm, calm, safe pool environment before it's time to go outside on the lake, river, & ocean.
We will cover entering/exiting the water safely, the fundamentals of fitness/yoga/Pilates and progressions/adding challenge on a SUP!
