

PaddleFlow® with Paddling Yogini
What is PaddleFlow®?
A combination of Yoga, Pilates & Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite poses & exercises & put them on the water. Yoga, Pilates & SUP are great for building balance, coordination, endurance & core strength.
We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper stroke technique, launching, & progressions to standing up. Then we anchor the boards & start to flow! These are an all level classes for ages 12 & up. No SUP or yoga experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).

Classes available for beginners to advanced students! I travel to teach lessons all over Washington State. I have established classes on Lake Sammamish, Beaver Lake, and Puget Sound. All Equipment is provided or bring your own!
Group Classes
13 seasons of PaddleFlow! Classes run late Spring through Early Fall on a set weekly schedule. Drop-in and package pricing is available.

Private & buddy sessions offered around group classes. Let me help you (and your friends/family) build a solid foundation in PaddleFlow.

Private Retreat/Party/Event
I will travel to YOU! These private events are offered May through September on any body of water in Washington State. Equipment for 10 students available for a 2 hour party/event.
