TRX (Total Resistance eXercise) is High Intensity Interval Training at its finest! The TRX uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination,flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. While most traditional fitness products use plate weights, elastic or pulleys for resistance, TRX® Suspension Training workouts use your body weight and simple physics to create an unlimited range of resistance and complete range of functional motion to achieve results.

TRX Yoga Fusion will improve your mobility and stability, while refining your yoga postures. Together, TRX and yoga safely deepen stretches and increases core strength. The TRX suspension trainer both supports and challenges many yoga poses, making advanced poses more accessible by eliminating any fear of falling, boosting essential core strength and guiding you toward optimal alignment.

Classes available for beginners to advanced students! Classes offered virtual, outdoors and indoors. I travel to teach lessons all over Washington State. I have established classes at many studios or will come to you. All Equipment is provided or bring your own!
