What is Land Paddleboard Fitness & Yoga?
Paddleboard Fitness: Learn proper Stand Up Paddling technique, turns & work up a sweat on your board with fitness exercises.
Paddleboard Yoga: Takes your favorite yoga poses onto paddleboards. Yoga, Pilates & Stand Up Paddling are great for building balance, coordination, endurance & core strength. Cushions will be placed under the paddleboards to simulate being on the water. All levels welcome!
What is Indoor Pool SUP?
Combine Stand Up Paddle boarding and fitness! These classes take your favorite plyometrics, calisthenics, Pilates & yoga routines and put them on the water. Both Stand Up Paddle boarding and body weight fitness are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance and body strength. These are all level classes for ages 12 and up. No SUP or fitness experience required. Dress for a hot experience, it gets warm in the pool environment.
